I wish to send some money to my sick father.

2020-01-06 12:08

Jeon, a teenage girl was born in Mungchun, Hamkyungbookdo. Both of her parents worked hard to feed her, and she is their only daughter.

Last year, her father collapsed with unknown diagnosis. It might have been his working condition being too harsh, or he ate ridiculously small amount of nutrients compare to his physical activity. Without knowing, he has not been active since then.

She could not watch her father suffering in bed any longer. She had to do something for him at least getting some medicine for his suffering. She crossed over the Tuman River with a good intention of making money for her father’s medical expense. In reality, this teenage girl was captured by human traffickers, and was sold to a mentally disabled man in remote area of China.

*The hospital fee is free in North Korea, but the shortage in medicine, and medical appliances are severe.

She was being watched by his family most of the time, but able to finally escape the home.

She contacted us, and finally came to our safe home. She cried not knowing her father’s situation. She wishes to make money in South Korea as soon as she gets there, then send it to her father in North Korea. It is speechless to see her painful tears. We just want her the best blessing in her future.
