Why Would Someone Get Arrested for Watching

South Korean Drama?

On Saturday, November 17th, volunteers and members of NAUH (Now Action & Unity for Human rights) participated in a street campaign to improve the human rights of North Koreans on the second floor of the Seoul Station Square. A total of 10 people gathered for this campaign. There were some volunteers who showed great interest in explaining the human rights situation of North Koreans.

Some volunteers told us "Some people were staring at us and it was scary. But I wasn’t embarrassed. I still think the campaign went well.” There were some citizens and passer-by who were not in favor of our campaign. Nevertheless, many people encouraged and supported our attempt to improve the human rights of North Korean residents.

It is going to be cold winter soon. North Korea has already had a lot of snow. It is going to be freezing cold this winter. We need your participation and support so that North Koreans could spend a warm winter and eat warm rice.
